Donating tickets you can’t use. Our ticket donation process is simple.

Review our ticket donation criteria (see below).

Contact us as soon as you know you can’t use your tickets (the earlier the better).

Fill-out our ticketdonationform. (The form captures the info we need to process and issue your tax receipt).
- Drop-off or email your tickets and donor form to our office (this helps keep our costs down). If you are a season ticket holder (eg. Esks, Oilers, other) or e-ticket holder (eg. Ticketmaster), contact the host organization directly, go to www.ticketmaster.com or call us to learn how to donate tickets electronically to Kids Up Front using your online account manager

In the meantime, we’ll broadcast your opportunity to our network of registered agency partners that select the recipients from the kids and families they serve. We have the ability to reach thousands of kids quickly! Following the event, we ask the agencies to provide feedback and ask the kids to acknowledge your generosity. Thank you cards and artwork are posted in our scrapbook and then forwarded to you.

- If you would like to direct your tickets to a particular agency, please indicate your wish. If the agency is not registered with Kids Up Front, please contact us.
- If your tickets are adult-oriented, we can still re-gift them and will ask the partner agencies to consider an appropriate adult (parent or caregiver) that could benefit.
- If you require a charitable tax receipt, please include a valid proof of purchase that verifies your name, mailing address and purchase price of tickets.
- If the event is the evening of the same day, tickets must be at the office by 2 pm to give the registered agency time to arrange logistics for the child. Please note, the earlier we have the tickets the better!
Sponsoring an event. Our trademark is gifting the tickets that can’t be used, but we’d be happy to work with you to build your dream event. Contact us and share your idea. The possibilities for kids to discover new worlds are limitless with your support.
